Due to Covid-19 ALL AUCTIONS ARE NOW ONLINE BIDDING ONLY. At Auctions Unlimited the health and safety of our customers and our employees is our number one priority. With COVID-19 (aka Coronavirus) now classified as a pandemic, ALL OUR AUCTIONS ARE NOW ONLINE BIDDING ONLY. All customers will need to register, bid and pay online. We want to reassure you that we are taking these and numerous other measures to ensure we can continue serving our customers with the utmost care and consideration as possible.
As always, our primary goal is making sure we are acting appropriately to keep our employees and customers safe, while also protecting their respective livelihoods and continuing to serve our customers in these difficult times. All auctions are online bidding and payment only- no onsite bidding or payment WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING CASH.
Customers will need to register and bid online all payments will be charged to the card you registered with.

We will offer FREE storage of purchased items until seven (7) days after the Stay Home Order is lifted. ALL items MUST be paid for in full prior to this arrangement.
In order to protect the health and safety of customers and employees, please be aware that we are employing strict social distancing protocols at our facility, in full compliance with local government regulations if you are a buyer and are picking up the following rules will be applied
You MUST bring your own mask and gloves
The number of vehicles allowed on the premises will be strictly limited
You MUST make an appointment to schedule your pickup date and time please contact us VIA email or phone to make arrangements
We are not accepting cash payments at this time, we will be charging ALL cards upon conclusion of the auction
Please stay in your vehicle upon arrival and an employee will assist you
Make sure to bring your paid in full receipt with you to your scheduled appointment time
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guarantees - sales are final. Auctions Unlimited assumes no liability for errors or omissions in the listings. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose and description. Hour meter readings or mileages represented are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way by Auctions Unlimited. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate. item descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, update or cancellation at any time without notice.
Payment MUST be made by credit card, Debit card only! All cards WILL be charged at the close of the auction. Sales tax will be charged unless buyer provides proper tax exemption form prior to the close of the auction, once the cards have been charged no corrections will be made. If you are tax exempt you will be required to email a complete tax certificate to melissa@auctionsunlimitedllc.com a copy of your Sales and Tax Use Permit and your driver's license will be required as well if it is not already on file with our office. There will be an 18% Buyer Premium on all items sold. We accept all major credit cards except American Express accepted.
A Paid invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Auctions Unlimited after the sale concludes. You will be required to bring a copy of your invoice to checkout By purchasing any item and or items in this auction the buyer/bidder is acknowledging/accepting these terms.
