Terms & Conditions Terms & Conditions Everything Must Go! Due to the Coronavirus we are asking that people bring a face mask and practice distancing. Masks will be available for sale if needed. Supplies are extremely limited so please bring your own. No early prices or sales! We do not use the number system, we allow the first person there to keep and maintain a sign up sheet. We will call off the names from the sign up sheet at 9am you do not have to wait around. You must be present to sign up please do not sign up other people. Cash, credit, debit, phone, and PayPal are welcome. All sales are final and must be settled for on day of sale. Not responsible for accidents or misprints if any. Once sold, items are your responsibility. No warranties or guarantees granted unless otherwise stated on sale day. All announcements on sale day take precedence over any prior verbal or printed materials. Must provide movers and vehicles. We do not load items. If you want something loaded there will be a $10 charge no matter what it is. We keep our prices low by having the least amount of staff as possible and they will be busy keeping areas organized and to monitor areas/ask questions. We reserve the right to Cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, or to change the date(s) for any reason. Check back or email/text for updated info. All date changes/cancellations will be announced in title or in description but may not be visible on this site at dates listed currently.
