Most items are NOT priced, you’ll gather your items in an area and work with our team on bulk pricing for your purchases. We will be asking you to work with us in managing flow and number of people on each of the three floors within the house and the barn. Only 10 people in one place at one time including staff. Please wear a mask. Bring your own helpers & boxes – team is not allowed to help. Our services are considered 'essential services' at this time. The health and wellbeing of our clients, staff, and customers is of utmost importance. In light of Coronavirus (COVID-19), as a matter of civic responsibility and to protect our customers who are deemed high risk by the CDC, we are implementing the following: 1. Please do not come to the estate sale if you are sick. If you are over the age of 65 or if you have underlying health conditions, we strongly urge you not to attend. 2. Please come prepared with your choice of preventive equipment such as masks, sanitizer, tissues, etc. *Please note: The CDC is recommending that everyone wear some form of protective face covering at this time. 3. Please maintain a distance of at least six feet from staff and other customers. 4. Please do not arrive at the estate sale site early. Please wait in your car if you need to. 5. Please give yourself extra time in the event it is necessary for us to ask you to wait to go inside in order to avoid coming too close to other customers. |
