Bidding Starts Closing Saturday JUNE 13,2020 @ 7PM- All auctions have a 5 minute soft close policy to prevent bid sniping. If a bid is placed on an item within 5 minutes of its closing time, the closing time will automatically be extended by another 5 minutes.

There is a 15% buyers premium added to each sale. Buyer will be responsible for pick up and loading of furniture and any shipping required.

YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LOADING HELP, BOXES, PACKING MATERIAL AND ANY OTHER REASONABLE ITEMS TO TAKE YOUR ITEMS. DUE TO INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS, NO ONE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU LOAD ITEMS.

Items MUST be paid at end of auction - Credit Card registration is required - Unpaid or declined invoices will be continued charged until paid and may be charged at a lesser denomination until paid

IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER ON ANY OF THESE ITEMS AND REQUIRE SHIPPING, YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WILL NOT BE CHARGED AND YOU WILL NEED TO SEND YOUR CASHIERS CHECK FOR THE TOTAL AUCTION INVOICE INCLUDING SHIPPING WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF CLOSE OF AUCTION. Shipping assistance is available for this auction! All items will be professionally packed and shipped by PostNet offering FedEx, UPS, USPS & DHL located in Chesapeake, VA.

Shipping - we will ship your items to you at your cost - it may take 10 days to ship your items - we use a 3rd party shipping company, they will contact to arrange shipment

SHIPPING CUSTOMERS:

Please EMAIL a signed copy of the Paid in Full Invoice to coastaldownsizing@gmail.com to release your items for shipment PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL DATE.

**PLEASE NOTE**: Coastal Downsizing DOES NOT provide shipping quotes and does not provide a packing or crating service. Buyers are responsible to pay for packing and shipping charges.

In the event a buyer refuses shipping once the items have been delivered to the shippers, there will be a $20 retrieval fee charged to the buyer and/or items will be considered abandoned and become the property of Coastal Downsizing for disposal. No refunds or chargebacks will be allowed whatsoever for abandoned purchases in accordance with the additional terms of the auction below.

Sizes and conditions may be estimates or our opinion of condition - please do your own due diligence

Retail price stated may be full retail price or suggested price from the manufacture and not current sale price

Items may have a reserve price, which is an undisclosed price an item will not sell for less then, auctioneer or auction software may bid on behalf of the seller

All items sold as-is, where is - No returns or exchanges

By purchasing any item sold by Coastal Downsizing the buyer expressly warrants that he/she is in compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and use of the item. It shall be the buyer's responsibility to comply with all Federal, State and Local laws governing the sale of any items listed, illustrated or sold. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Coastal Downsizing for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, or use of the item in violation of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws or regulations.

PICKING UP- You must bring you own loading help - and supplies!

Charge backs are prohibited - you agree not to charge back your credit card under any circumstances

Any issues with your auction items has to be brought up and documented at time of pickup - No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued after you leave the auction location.
