**Due to circumstances beyond the control of Jeff Martin Auctioneers, items can be removed by the Insurance Company. If an item is removed that has a bid placed, the Bidder will be contacted immediately.** Buyer's Premium: 12% buyer's premium added to the high bid price per item. Inspection/Preview: June 15 & 16 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Contact our office at 844.450.6200 to schedule an appointment. Removal: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. All items must be removed by June 30. Removal hours are Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM. Please contact our office at 844.450.6200 to schedule a removal appointment. There is no loading dock on site.
