We’re baaaaaaack ! I hope ! We sure have missed everyone, hope everyone is ok. We’ve been ready to get back to work, and boy, we’re starting with a really fun sale.
With all of this craziness going on, since March, we’ve made a few adjustments. Nothing drastic, but adjustments, nonetheless. We are not requiring that masks be worn, we’re leaving the choice up to you, the individual.
There will be hand sanitizer “stations”, and soap and water will be available for hand washing. Use them !
NO ONE is allowed to use the bathrooms-at all. I would really appreciate it if y’all would do your social distancing thing.
IF YOU’RE FEELING SICK, DON’T COME THROUGH THE DOOR !!! None of us want whatever you have !
There will be NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE HOME.
The sale will be held at 540 Oak Drive, in Lake Jackson. Friday and Saturday, June 12, 13, 14. Friday and Saturday, 9:00a.m.-2:00p.m., and SUNDAY, 11:00a.m.-2:00p.m.
Please park carefully, don’t block driveways, fire hydrants, etc., and don’t park up on the curb ! I’m pretty sure Lake Jackson officers have their handy pencils sharpened, and ready to go. Don’t tempt them !
No large back packs, purses, will be allowed in the home.
Estate Liquidators does NOT PROVIDE CARRIERS, NOR PACK MULES. You should make arrangements to have your items toted. We’ll be happy to give you the number of a moving company.
Large items are sporting two part tags, if you want an item, please take the BOTTOM half of the tag, to take to check-out. If you change your mind, find an EL worker,(we’re wearing shirts with “Estate Liquidators” actually printed on the front and back), and give them the tag.
We accept cash, approved Brazoria County checks, and credit cards. There is a $60 charge, for returned checks. If you think that’s a lot, write those bad checks somewhere else.
