CLOSING
Auction closes at a rate of 3 items per minute beginning at 7:00 pm PST on Thursday, June 18th, 2020. Bids placed during the last two minutes of a specific item's closing time will extend bidding on that item for 5 minutes.



PAYMENT DUE
Full payment must be made no later than 5:00 pm (PT) on Friday, June 19th, 2020.

PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay your invoice by logging into your Estate 360® account and selecting the "invoices" tab. We accept cash and credit cards at the time of pickup as well.

SALES TAX
Sales tax will be added to all invoices and must be paid in full if you have a valid tax-exempt certificate you may upload it to your account profile, by selecting the “are you a reseller” tab.

BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 15% buyer's premium is added to each item purchased. If you bid $100.00 your invoice total will be $115.00 plus any applicable sales tax.



REMOVAL
All items must be removed no later than 5:00 pm (PT) on Friday, June 19th, 2020.

PICK UP FOR THIS SALE IS SCHEDULED FOR 6/19/2020 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 10:00 AM-5:00 PM. (PICK UP ADDRESS WILL BE PRINTED ON YOUR INVOICE YOU RECEIVE VIA EMAIL AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION, IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, OR LOG INTO YOUR ESTATE 360® ACCOUNT AND SELECT "INVOICES".

SHIPPING
Shipping is available on most items, please check with us regarding shipping of items prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for shipping expenses and insurance.



REMOVAL ASSISTANCE
Buyers are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items.

REMOVAL AUTHORIZATION
If someone other than you is picking up your auction purchases, please CLICK HERE to fill out the authorization form so that we can release your items to your authorized agent.
Buyer's Premium: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.

All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Buyers in default of the removal schedule will be charged their high bid amount plus any buyer's premium and will forfeit any rights to the items. Items will be considered abandoned and disposed of or resold at the discretion of Estate 360™. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
