We encourage you to come to our preview to evaluate the items. All items are sold as is, where is, without any guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. We do our best to give you good pictures that are representative of the items but we don't always catch everything. If you are interested in items, please come to our pre-view and look in person.


1. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase.

2. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% buyers premium will be applied to each purchase plus 8.25% TX sales tax. A 3% discount will be given for cash purchases. If you plan on paying with cash, you must let us know prior to the auction ending. Otherwise, we will charge the card on file at the end of auction.

3.WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. All sales are final- No refunds. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly.

4. In person preview will be on June 25th from 10am-4pm. Vehicles, tractors and generators are located at 11702 11th St., Santa Fe, TX 77510. Electronics and computer equipment is located at 12002 Hwy 6, Santa Fe, TX 77510.

5. Payment: Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Money Order. Personal checks will not be accepted. A 3% discount will be given for all cash purchases.

6. SHIPPING: We do not ship items. All purchases must be picked up on the check out dates and times unless other arrangements have been made.

7. Removal: Removal dates will be: July 7th-10th from 10am-4pm. Any items not picked up by 4pm on Friday and not paid for will be charged to the card on file, considered abandoned and will become property of the auction company.

This online only auction includes vehicles and equipment owned by the City of Santa Fe. It is the responsibility of the bidder to determine condition and value.
