With that in mind there are a few things we need for all to understand and be aware of. **All pre-ownded/used items sold as-is, where-is **CASH or CREDIT only **We do not help move/load/deliver items. Please bring help and necessary tools with you **Not responsible for accidents **Please be mindful of your children (all wandering children will be tagged and sold) **Tax Exempt forms available by register **Credit purchases require valid ID, virtual signature, written signature for your peace of mind and ours **Prices will not be given prior to the sale **No Refunds/Exchanges/Chargebacks permitted **Phone purchases are not permitted **We prosecute thieves and tag switchers **No weapons allowed on site Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. |

**IMPORTANT RULES TO FOLLOW** **If you have a mask/face covering, please have it with you. You will not be allowed entry without one. This does include children. **Please remain 6' apart from others. This may limit the amount of people per room. If you can't remain 6' from another in any given room, please visit another room until you can. **As an added measure, we are asking for everyone to please use hand sanitizer on their way in AND out of the home. We will also have a washing station for you to use. We want to help stop the spread of CoVid so as to avoid another shutdown. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for following the above mentioned mandates! |
