This is an online only auction with bidding through Hibid. Bidding will end in numerical order with 4 items ending every minute. If there is bidding activity in the last 2 minutes, the end time will be extended 2 minutes until there is no further bidding for 2 minutes. Extending the end time for an item does not change the end time of the following item, so there may be several lots ending simultaneously. You may bid anytime up until the ending time for each item. TERMS: You will have to register to bid in this auction. The registration process with Hibid is one-time. You will not have to go through the registration process for future auctions. If you want us to ship your items, the cost of packing and shipping will be added to your total and a new invoice will be sent to you showing the total due. We ship in-house with reasonable handling charges. Payment is expected within 48 hours of invoice for shipped items. If you wish to make payment arrangements other than credit card for shipped orders, we ask that you contact Black and Gold Auctions at least 24 hours before the auction. We will be happy to work with you in that way. IMPORTANT CHANGES EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 27, 2019: All unpaid invoices remaining at 12:00 Noon on Saturday following the auction end will be assessed a $10 storage fee and the total invoice amount will be charged to the credit card on file with HiBid. If the card is declined, bidding privileges will be immediately suspended until the past due amount is paid in full. If the invoice remains unpaid after 7 days, items will be forfeited and bidding privileges will be permanently revoked. If the invoice is paid this way, purchased items will be stored for a maximum of 7 days. If purchased items are not picked up within 7 days, additional storage fees of $2 per item per day will accrue and bidding privileges will be suspended until items are removed from our facility. This week we have Barbies Galore, we also have hot wheels, coins, silver, household items and furniture! So many items, there has to be something for everyone! 1 Vintage wardrobe with tambour door This piece is relatively small, being 60" tall, 24" wide and 20" deep. It has a single rod inside for hanging clothes. The small size suggests a child's wardrobe. The finish is well worn and the veneer on the sides near the base are bubbling up. Stil... 2 Igloo Sportsman bear resistant cooler 20 qt or 5 gallon capacity. Lightly used--looks ready to fend off the neighborhood bears. 3 Vintage Hoosier-type cabinet Two piece cabinet with pull out porcelain work surface. This old trooper has seen some years and seen some meals prepped. Basically an oak piece, it was painted green at one time. Hardware looks to be mostly replaced and somewhat mismatched. There is... 4 Vintage heavy metal milk can You didn't know "heavy metal" was around way back then, did you? So what we meant to say was that this can is metal and it is quite heavy. It stands 20" tall and has all the minor dents, wear and rust that you would expect on this piece. 5 4 drawer vintage wooden filing cabinet Most of these are oak, but this piece has a thick, "antiqued" finish on it, making it difficult to see the wood. We find no damage on this piece. 1013 McCoy Little Red Bean Pot cookie jar With wire handle. Produced in 1971. No damage seen on this piece. 1014 Dark turquoise McCoy bulbous cookie jar This is actually reported as a hard to find cookie jar, whether that is due to the shape or the cold painted decoration. Originally had a lovely leaf decoration on it, but most has worn--or been washed--off. No damage found on this piece. 1015 McCoy white triple lily vase Produced in 1950. 8" long, 7" tall. Has all over crazing, typical of pottery produced during this era, but we found no damage. 1016 McCoy yellow triple lily vase Produced by McCoy in 1950. 8 1/2" long and 7" tall. Has light all over crazing and a small firing flaw to the right of our number. This occurred during manufacture and is not post-production damage. 1017 McCoy white triple lily vase, as found Produced in 1950 and measures 8" wide and 7" tall. Two small glaze chips or rim of far right lily, as you view it. 1018 Scarce McCoy Avocado tea set Produced in the 1950's. Beautiful style and glaze and scarce as McCoy tea sets go. There is a very small chip on the finial of the teapot lid. That's the worse we found. Very modernistic looking! 1020 McCoy Fruit Festival slant top canister w/ lid Produced circa 1975. Disc shaped canister that is 9" tall. No damage seen. We found no damage on this piece. 1022 McCoy Chinese Lantern cookie jar We can't say enough about the diversity of the wares McCoy made. We would classify this cookie jar as scarce, few have come our ... 1023 McCoy 8" double tulip vase Produced in 1948--we love their flower form vases! No damage found on this piece, just the typical factory flaws and imperfections common to pottery made during this era. Bit of hard water stains inside...it was used, after all. 1024 RARE McCoy yellow Poppy planter Produced in 1955 and is one of only a handful of McCoy pieces that were deliberately made to be as attractive on the back as on the front....and it is! 8 1/2" wide and 7" tall. Has some crazing, along with the usual factory flaws and imperfections co... 1025 McCoy 7" embossed floral vase 6" wide. Produced in the 1940's. No damage seen on this piece--calcium deposits on the interior. 1026 Brown McCoy Antique Curio 7" vase One of only nine shapes produced in the Antique Curio line, which was introduced in 1962. No damage seen. 1027 White McCoy 9" sailboat vase 1942 piece with the NM mark for Nelson McCoy. Not too common around here. No damage found, just some residual grime and the normal factory glaze pops and minor imperfections found on pottery from this era. 1028 3 early green McCoy mugs 5" unmarked mug with grape motif--produced in 126; 4 3/4" banded barrel mug with the Shield mark #4--produced in 1926; 4 3/4" Buccaneer mug with Shield mark #6--produced in 1926. 1029 3 McCoy assorted mugs Later production pieces.
