Online Only Auction of Antique Items!
This is a wonderful auction with many very nice items. The home will be for sale by Karen Huelsman of Irongate Realtors very soon. It is a wonderful home located across the street from Lincoln Park Retirement Home. It is wonderfully landscaped and would make a great home for anyone! The auction will start at 6PM on Monday, June 15th and start closing at 6PM on Monday June 29th. Pickup will be on Monday July 6th from 4-6PM at 651 Renoldo Woods Court, Kettering Ohio! Please note that this is a very private housing community with very specific parking areas. We will direct to the proper parking areas for the removal! This auction is an online only, it is completely online! No bidding in person on auction site! Please bring help and equipment to remove items safely. Please bring assistance and equipment to remove what is purchased! We are practicing social distancing at all of our events as best can. Please be courteous of others at the removals. A perfect match to the previous lot should you desire the pair. 223 Quality Brass Floor Lamp W/Cloth Shade Lamp is 55" tall. 224 Great Antique Wooden Bowl Bowl measures 21.75" in diameter x 7" tall. Rare to find this big and nice. 225 Antique "Tavern" Coffee Table Table measures 23" x 36" x 18.5" tall. 226 Antique Beveled Mirror In Ornate Gesso Frame Mirror measures 27.5" x 53.5". It has some bumps & bruises as pictured. 250 Primitive Antique Walnut Hanging Holder/Rack Holder measures 11.5" wide x 22" tall. Very early square nail construction that I believe would be circa 1880's/1890's era. 251 Antique Pine Step Bench Bench measures 9.5" x 12" x 10" tall. They don't get much cuter than this! 252 Early Primitive-Leg Stool Stool is 19.5" tall and has partial original paint. Very early circa 1890's, possibly earlier. 253 Hanging Primitive Painted Wall Cabinet W/(1) Door & (2) Drawers Cabinet measures 13.75" wide x 7.5" deep x 22" tall. This cabinet is circa late 1900's. While it has a great look, it's more likely from Pottery Barn. 254 Antique Oak Plant Stand Stand measures 18" tall. Some minor finish loss on top as pictured. 255 Unusual Folk Art Painted Wooden Door Stop W/Provenance Stop is 20" tall. Provenance is on bottom. Made in 1905. There is lead inside the wood piece on the backside. Kinda heavy. 256 Vintage Painted Teak Lidded Round Box Box measures 5.5" in diameter x 3.5" tall. 257 (2) Early Painted Jointed Figures Jointed figures are 6" & 6.5" tall. Condition is as pictured. 275 Antique Footstool W/Needlepoint Seat Stool measures 14" x 18" x 9" tall. 276 Unusual Butlers Chest Of Drawers W/Drop Front Desk Chest measures 30" wide x 18" deep x 50" tall. Made to look like an old steamer trunk. 277 Antique Wicker Couch W/Upholstered Seat & Cushions Couch measures 81" long x 43" tall. i don't think you could find a nicer antique wicker couch. Original springs but with reupholstered seat cushion and pillows. This one is a beauty. 278 Victorian Walnut Drop Front Desk W/Pigeon Holes Desk measures 39" wide x 24" deep x 56" tall. Drawer sticks a little. Circa's 1860's/1870's. 279 Antique Cane Bottom Chair Chair measures 35" tall. 280 Antique Oak Spindle Back Rocking Chair W/Tapestry Seat & Bentwood Arms Rocker is 46" tall and in original finish. Great piece of transitional furniture made between the Victorian Era & Golden Age of oak furniture. 281 Interesting Framed, Homemade Art Item 282 Vintage Organizer W/Cardboard Drawers Measures 26" wide x 13.5" tall. 283 European Stoneware Milk Pitcher Pitcher is 7" tall. Some glaze loss on the lip but this is a very early example. 284 Embossed Plaster Round Mirror Mirror is 10.25" in diameter. 285 Sessions Wood Cased Mantle Clock Clock is 13.5" tall. Glass crystal is missing and cannot find a key. Does have original pendulum. Unsure of working condition. 286 Vintage Painted Wicker Trash Can Measures 14" tall. 287 Vintage Wicker Clothes Hamper Hamper is 23" tall. 288 Group of Afghans as Pictured 289 Awesome Hand Painted Wooden Oval Hat Box W/Provenance Box measures 14.5" x 18.5".
