FOR YOUR OWN ITEMS. Please bring proper packing/boxes for removal of won items. Buyer is responsible for bringing own help to (lift, carry) remove heavy items from the house. Items not picked up during specified date and times will be forfeited with no refunds given. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK ITEMS UP DURING PICKUP TIMES PLEASE DO NOT BID. PAYMENT: Accepting wire transfer by Wednesday, July 22nd. Buyer pays wire fee , Cash or charged to the credit card used to register with 4% fee.
