-We are a licensed, insured and bonded business. -Please be respectful and remember you are shopping in someone's home. -We accept Cash and Major Credit Cards with proper ID. There is a 3% Convenience Fee for using your credit card. (No personal checks please) Please Note: We are UNABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE regarding specific items at each estate sale, such as PRICE, SIZE OR AVAILABILITY. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. All Sales are Final. There are No Refunds and No Returns Please understand and check your items. -We do not plug every item in nor start every item, it is your responsibility to check your items for breaks, cracks, etc. Also, we are unable to research every item in the home, therefore we may be unaware of any recalls or safety issues on items being sold. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing it. - Items will be with lot# and price under each pictured item/items (please click on picture for lot # and $) Please note: Only items with lot numbers are available for on line purchase. Please come see us in person for any item you want on Friday July 17 at 9:00 A.M.
- ONLINE PURCHASING ONLY - We will start accepting EMAILS and TEXTS ONLY in the order that they are received Tuesday July 14 at 9 am until online sale ends at 4 pm on Thursday July 16 (no calls will be accepted at this time) we will call you for your credit card info between the hours of 10-6 each day (Tuesday-Thursday) we will also set up a pick up time for Sunday July 11 starting at 10-4 adhering to coronavirus guidelines. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CAN NOT PRESALE ANY ITEMS AS THESE TREASURES HAVE BEEN ON ESTATE SITES FOR SALE FOR A MONTH. WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE A CHANCE TO PURCHASE A TREASURE AS WELL. THANK YOU!
- Items will be full price on Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. (PLEASE READ: Keep in mind you will have Friday JULY 17 & Saturday JULY 18 to purchase in person as well). Saturday will be discounted at 25% off! If you see something you’d like to purchase, PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER IN EMAIL or TEXT at lottstreasures@gmail.com or 404.450.1593. We will call you to collect payment in the order of email or text. Once payment has been collected, we will mark photos sold.
- We accept all major credit cards with a 3% processing fee. Please have your credit card info ready when we call you. Purchases in excess of $100 will require signature at pick-up. Pick up will start Sunday JULY 12 at 10AM. Please discuss pick up time when checking out. The sale will not be staffed so you MUST bring your own help to move items. State sales tax will be collected. If you are tax exempt you must provide a PAPER COPY of your CURRENT Tax ID Letter to be left with us. All sales final. All items AS-IS/ WHERE-IS. PLEASE READ CONCERNING PICK UP OF YOUR ITEMS: Please bring adequate supplies if needed and must provide your own help to load all items.
- We will be taking extra precautions and practicing social distancing, so we ask for your cooperation and patience in order to have a smooth, safe and positive experience. For PICK UPS you will be REQUIRED to SANITIZE prior to entry and to WEAR A FACE MASK. - We also will ask all those who are showing any signs associated with Coronavirus stay home quarantined. NO EXCEPTIONS! We really look forward to seeing everyone! We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible once we work our way through the emails and text. Please be patient with us as we want to give everyone the same attention! PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL BE DOING 2 DAYS OF THIS SALE IN PERSON ON FRIDAY JULY 17 STARTING AT 9:00 AM AND SATURDAY JULY 18 AT 9:00 AM. MORE INFORMATION WILL BE POSTED EXPLANING DETAILS.
