Well, we do have a very unique sale this week, I have to say ! The homeowner had multiple booths, in an antique store, so the mix of items in the home is astounding ! From jewelry to furniture, to cool collectibles and antiques, it’s here. There are even tools, guys. Not a huge selection, but there are some. A LOT of the items in the home are still wearing the price tags that the owner had on them in her shop-these are NOT the prices we’re asking !!!You’ll find our prices either below those prices, or on the items themselves !!!
NOTE !!!! The ac in the home does NOT work. It hasn’t for several years, so we have brought a couple units in, and lots of fans, to keep the air moving. So, I don’t want to see people wearing coats !!!
The sale will be held at 43 Wagon Lane Loop, in Angleton. It’s in the back of Rancho Isabella, off Henderson Road. The street is really crowded, so park carefully, please. Do NOT block driveways, or the street. Angleton officers keep their pencils pretty sharp, for issuing citations….
We are not forcing shoppers to wear masks, but it is encouraged. There will be soap and water available, as well as hand cleaner. Please DO practice some distancing. Don’t spit or slobber on your fellow shoppers, please.
The sign-up sheet will go out around 7:30 or so, on Friday morning, and we will start calling the names in around 8:45.
There will be no children allowed in the sale area.
No large purses, bags, back packs will be allowed in, either, or could be subject to search.
Estate Liquidators does NOT provide loaders, haulers, nor pack mules, for your large or heavy purchases, you’ll need to arrange that yourself.
We accept credit cards, cash, approved Brazoria County checks.
