Welcome to our first online auction of 2020! We are excited for the upcoming months. This online only auction features coins, silver and gold, and a Rolex Yacht Master. With tons more to come.

Auction Dates: Bidding for this auction will run from June 22nd 2020 to July 17th 2020.

Preview: Items up for auction may be previewed during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Items up for auction are located at 1120 Bluefield Ave Bluefield WV 24701. Items may be previewed anytime during the duration of the auction. If you are unable to come during business hours and would like to preview items, please make other arrangements with the auctioneer/auction staff by calling 304-320-5883 or 304-888-0347

Offline Participation: If you are unable to participate in our auction online, you may leave Offline Absentee bids with a member of the auction staff. Absentee bids may be left with auction company during normal business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you unable to come during normal business hours, please make other arrangements with the auctioneer/auction staff by calling 304-320-5883 or 304-888-0347.

Registration: If you are new to online bidding through HiBid. below are directions on how to register to start bidding:
1. Visit http://www.hibid.com
2. Click on "Login/New Bidder"
3. Click "New BIdder? Click Here" and type your e-mail twice.
4. Click "Check E-mail". HiBid will send you a comfirmation e-mail
5. A prompt will appear on the screen asking for contact information as well as a place for you to create a unique username and password.

Bidding: Our auction is designed to replicate a live auction. Therefore, when bids are placed near the close of an item, extra time is added to allow bidders a chance to win the item. The highest bidder will win the item.

Shipping: If you wish to have your item(s) shipped, the auction company will be glad to assist with shipping. All shipping and handling charges are at the expense of the winning bidder and will be added to your invoice.

Pick-Up: Pick up will be the week following the auction, Monday, July 20th, 21st, or 22nd 2020. Pick up will be between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. If you are unable to pick up won items during this time, please make other arrangements with the auctioneer/auction staff by calling 304-320-5883 or 304-888-0347.

Payment: Payment is due within 48 hours of the auction close. Cash, check, and credit card are acceptable means of payment. If paying with check, item(s) cannot be removed from the auction site until the check is verified, unless a certified bank letter is provided stating that funds are available to pay for your item(s). A 13% buyer's premium will be added to your invoice. If paying by check or cash, a 3% discount will be issued.
