All invoices less than $2,000. will be run by Credit Card immediately following the end of the auction. Any invoice greater than $2,000. will have to be made by Cash, Check or Wire Transfer. An additional $15. will be charged for Wire Transfers. All items sell “AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. All items must be removed during the schedule pickup time(s)Any items not removed during the pickup times will become the property of Kaufman Realty & Auctions & will be handled at our discretion.
