★★★For the safety of our new friends and faithful followers; per State and Local Guidelines for Covid-19: In order to enter the sale, you must bring and wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth, please practice 6 ft social distancing, we will provide hand sanitizer and ask that you sanitize your hands before shopping and anytime during your shopping trip. We will allow a limited amount of people at a time to shop and we ask that you please leave all shopping bags in your vehicle. Xcntric Estate Sales and the Estate are not held responsible for accidents or injuries of any kind while visiting the property inside or outside. THE SALE IS IN THE OUTBUILDING MARKED "THE NEST". OUR CLIENT STILL LIVES ON THE PROPERTY SO PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THE HOME, GARAGES, OR COTTAGE. PLEASE DO NOT WALK AROUND THE FRONT OR THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY. THE ENTIRE HOME IS UNDER SURVEILLANCE AND WE HAVE ACCESS TO VIEW THE ACTIVITY INSIDE AND OUT, SO WE ASK THAT YOU STAY IN FRONT OF THE NEST UNTIL YOU ARE CALLED IN TO SHOP.
CHILDREN UNDER AGE 12 WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UPSTAIRS ON THE 2ND LEVEL. CHILDREN 12 + OVER MUST BE WITH AN ADULT. NO CANES, WALKERS OR WALKING UP OR DOWN BACKWARDS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE STAIRCASE TO THE SECOND LEVEL. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS SO PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
WE HAVE BEEN EXPERIENCING SOME ISSUES WITH OUR SIGN-UP SHEET THE PAST FEW SALES. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE OUR SHEET AND START A NEW LIST. OUR SIGN UP SHEET IS FOR EVERYONE'S CONVENIENCE SO THE SIGN-UP SHEET WILL BE POSTED AT THE FRONT OF THE GATE. ONCE WE ARRIVE, THE SIGN-UP SHEET WILL BE THEN PLACED AT THE FRONT DOOR OF THE NEST SO WE ARE PREPARED TO START CALLING PEOPLE IN TO SHOP.
ONCE WE ARRIVE WE CAN START MOVING SOME VEHICLES INTO THE PROPERTY AREA TO PARK IN THE GRASS. THERE IS LIMITED PARKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY AND MOST PARKING WILL BE ALONG HARLEM AVENUE. THERE WILL BE A MARKER AS TO HOW FAR INTO THE PROPERTY YOU MAY PARK. ONCE PARKED, DO NOT BLOCK CARS BECAUSE YOU MAY GET ASKED TO MOVE YOUR VEHICLE WHILE YOU ARE SHOPPING. PLEASE BE KIND AND PARK RESPECTFULLY.
ALSO, YOU MAY END UP PARKING A LITTLE FURTHER AWAY THEN AT A NORMAL SUBDIVISION TYPE ESTATE SALE. WITH THE PROPERTY BEING PRIVATE AND ALONG HARLEM, THERE MAY BE SOME WALKING DISTANCE BETWEEN YOUR VEHICLE AND THE ACTUAL BUILDING. ONCE INSIDE, PREPARE TO SPEND TIME WALKING THRU THIS LARGE BUILDING FILLED WITH TREASURES.
