Outlined below are the Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully. By placing a bid, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

NOTE: THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION EVENT.

Auction Closing Date: Bidding continues until the last lot is finished. Lots will begin closing at a rate of 1 per minute until the last item is sold.

Registration: All registrants must provide name, address, email address, phone number and valid credit card number in order to register. Note that the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company.

Payment: Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Cash on Pickup

Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium for CC and 10% for Cash will be added to the final bid price and included in the total sale price.

Sales Tax: Sales Tax for this Auction will be 8% if you live in Ohio

High Bidder Notification: At the conclusion of the auction winning bidders will receive an email advising of the items won as well as provided with an invoice for payment. Bidders will receive an email and are responsible for checking your email account, Also please check your JUNK or SPAM mail for our Invoices or any emails.

Pickup Location will be on the Winning Bidders Invoice which will be EMAILED at the END OF THE AUCTION.

Removal for this auction is Sunday July 26th by Appointment Only . If you need a little later we can work with that but please call to let us know. This is a 1 day pickup only unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to you bidding. We can work most issues that come up. However we will Charge all Credit Card for no show, no answer when we call or within in the last 30 mins of the end of pickup time for those that state they are paying cash on pickup. If or when we charge your card you will then have 5 Business Days to call or email us to make arrangements to pick up your items. If you do not call or email us you will forfiet your payment and the item/s that you had won/purchased.

We will only Ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS for Tracking and Insurance reasons. We will up the Insurance based on the items that you won unless we are told otherwise by the winning Bidder. This is to protect you in case of any issues in transit. We will package the items very well but once the item leaves our hands there is nothing we can do. If there are any issues please let us know prior to bidding. These Terms and Condition are binding and will not be changed without prior discussion. Please be aware we will not email any Tracking information unless it is requested. We ship out 20-50 boxes per auction and dont have the time to send everyone an email. If you are worried about your package and need the tracking please email us and someone will get it out to you as soon as we can.

Non Payment: If you do not pay you will be placed on our prohibited list until taken care of. This will also be sent to any and all other Online Auction Site and Auctioneers that use the HiBid platform. So you may or may not be able to bid on any other HiBid Platform auctions until payment is taken care of.

Shipping: All Item/s can be Shipped if Winning Bidder wants to pay for the item/s to be shipped. We will make sure the item/s are packaged the best we can to be shipped. The larger items if need to be shipped will be at the winning bidder discretion. We will assist the best we can for those items. To ship normal item/s there will be a Handling Fee of $5.00 1st Item/Lot and $2.00 for each additional Item/Lot. We may not charge the full amount of Handling Fees at our discretion. We ship all items Priority Mail with tracking and insurance up to the 50.00 anything above that will cost extra. If your invoice is higher than $250 we will require a Signature, If the invoice is above $500 we will require adult signature. Any questions please email or call prior to bidding. Once the auction ends we will pack up all items that were won from Out of State Bidders, weight the package, process the CC on file a second time for shipping, handling and insurance fees and ship the package the next day. This will be automatically for all Out of State Bidders. Any local winning bidders you must call us to let us know that you need the items shipped. Otherwise your items will not be shipped and at the end of pickup day your CC will be charge for the items only and will follow the rest of the Terms and Conditions. Please be aware we will not email any Tracking information unless it is requested. We ship out 20-50 boxes per auction and dont have the time to send everyone an email. If you are worried about your package and need the tracking please email us and someone will get it out to you as soon as we can.

Staggered Closing: The online auction moves fast and closes 1-2 items every minute. The automatic system will close the bidding on intervals. The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last minute of the asset's closing time.

BUYER BEWARE: By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that s/he has entered into this agreement as the result of a thorough inspection, or acknowledged opportunity to inspect, of the merchandise being purchased and that all merchandise is sold in an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and AS-INSPECTED" condition with any and all faults. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the Auctioneer and the Seller make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity or merchantability of, or defect in any item, and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any item or their fitness for any purpose.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is understood and agreed that the Auctioneer is acting as an agent only and shall in no case whatsoever be held liable by either party for the performance of any term or covenant of this agreement or for damages for non-performance thereof. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer, Auction Firm and Seller from any and all damages and claims of any type whatsoever caused by the removal of the item(s) purchased. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. You are bidding on the described item, always read the item description.

IMPORTANT! The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items. Choose Wisely: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. The Auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction - split or combine lots - add minimum bids or reserve prices - cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event - make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Thank you for participating in our Online Only Auction Event. Outlined below are the Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully. By placing a bid, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions NOTE: THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION EVENT. Auction Closing Date: Bidding continues until the last lot is finished. Lots will begin closing at a rate of 1 per minute until the last item is sold. Registration: All registrants must provide name, address, email address, phone number and valid credit card number in order to register. Note that the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company. Payment: Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Cash on Pickup Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium for CC and 10% for Cash will be added to the final bid price and included in the total sale price. Sales Tax: Sales Tax for this Auction will be 8% if you live in Ohio High Bidder Notification: At the conclusion of the auction winning bidders will receive an email advising of the items won as well as provided with an invoice for payment. Bidders will receive an email and are responsible for checking your email account, Also please check your JUNK or SPAM mail for our Invoices or any emails. Pickup Location will be on the Winning Bidders Invoice which will be EMAILED at the END OF THE AUCTION. Removal for this auction is Sunday July 26th by Appointment Only . If you need a little later we can work with that but please call to let us know. This is a 1 day pickup only unless other arrangements are made PRIOR to you bidding. We can work most issues that come up. However we will Charge all Credit Card for no show, no answer when we call or within in the last 30 mins of the end of pickup time for those that state they are paying cash on pickup. If or when we charge your card you will then have 5 Business Days to call or email us to make arrangements to pick up your items. If you do not call or email us you will forfiet your payment and the item/s that you had won/purchased. We will only Ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS for Tracking and Insurance reasons. We will up the Insurance based on the items that you won unless we are told otherwise by the winning Bidder. This is to protect you in case of any issues in transit. We will package the items very well but once the item leaves our hands there is nothing we can do. If there are any issues please let us know prior to bidding. These Terms and Condition are binding and will not be changed without prior discussion. Please be aware we will not email any Tracking information unless it is requested. We ship out 20-50 boxes per auction and dont have the time to send everyone an email. If you are worried about your package and need the tracking please email us and someone will get it out to you as soon as we can. Non Payment: If you do not pay you will be placed on our prohibited list until taken care of. This will also be sent to any and all other Online Auction Site and Auctioneers that use the HiBid platform. So you may or may not be able to bid on any other HiBid Platform auctions until payment is taken care of. Shipping: All Item/s can be Shipped if Winning Bidder wants to pay for the item/s to be shipped. We will make sure the item/s are packaged the best we can to be shipped. The larger items if need to be shipped will be at the winning bidder discretion. We will assist the best we can for those items. To ship normal item/s there will be a Handling Fee of $5.00 1st Item/Lot and $2.00 for each additional Item/Lot. We may not charge the full amount of Handling Fees at our discretion. We ship all items Priority Mail with tracking and insurance up to the 50.00 anything above that will cost extra. If your invoice is higher than $250 we will require a Signature, If the invoice is above $500 we will require adult signature. Any questions please email or call prior to bidding. Once the auction ends we will pack up all items that were won from Out of State Bidders, weight the package, process the CC on file a second time for shipping, handling and insurance fees and ship the package the next day. This will be automatically for all Out of State Bidders. Any local winning bidders you must call us to let us know that you need the items shipped. Otherwise your items will not be shipped and at the end of pickup day your CC will be charge for the items only and will follow the rest of the Terms and Conditions. Please be aware we will not email any Tracking information unless it is requested. We ship out 20-50 boxes per auction and dont have the time to send everyone an email. Staggered Closing: The online auction moves fast and closes 1-2 items every minute. The automatic system will close the bidding on intervals. The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last minute of the asset's closing time. BUYER BEWARE: By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that s/he has entered into this agreement as the result of a thorough inspection, or acknowledged opportunity to inspect, of the merchandise being purchased and that all merchandise is sold in an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and AS-INSPECTED" condition with any and all faults. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the Auctioneer and the Seller make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity or merchantability of, or defect in any item, and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies.
