CDC protocols will be in effect for this sale! That means that in order to enter the sale space, you must wear a face mask that completely covers your nose and mouth. You must maintain 6 foot social distancing at all times. There are no public restrooms. If you have a fever or are sick, please do not come to this sale. We will have others this year; we welcome you to come to them if you are healthy. If you are unable to attend but see something on this site that interests you, please call and we will discuss over the phone, or email us.
There will be items for sale in both the house and the garage. You will be given about 30 minutes to shop, more if the schedule is loose, in each location. You may indicate at which location you would prefer to start. Early arrival will NOT allow you early entry, unless there is an opening. If you would like to sign up for the time that best fits your schedule, you can follow the link provided below for you to select the time that you would like to attend the sale. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Should you choose to just show up and take your chances, you will be given instructions on how to set your sales time or you can wait until the next open opportunity to shop. Note that we limiting the number of people in each location at one time to meet the prescribed guidelines. Please leave your purse, bag, backpacks, etc. in your vehicle. We will supply clear plastic bags for your convenience. We will accept both cash and payments via Zelle. Please bring your ID with you! PARKING: Please enter the parking at the ONE WAY and proceed to the garage. You will be directed to a parking space. Should someone not be available to direct you, please park front facing to the garage and do not block in anyone. If the lot is full and you see cones, please DO NOT drive around the cones. They will be there for everyone’s safety! If you park on the road, please DO NOT block any neighbor’s driveway and do not impede traffic. Please note that there are steps into the house, and you may need to walk from as far as the road to enter. We greatly appreciate your support of these procedures. We are endeavoring to make this a safe and pleasant experience for everyone! |

There are two parts to this sale.
First, the house has a wide selection of furniture in all rooms, the usual collection of kitchenware, antique gadgets, collection of Hess holiday trucks, children's toy furniture, antique and more modern trucks, men's belts and decorative buckles, guitar, home deco, costume jewelry, antique and more modern cameras, video camera, typewriters (one in case in the house, two older models in the garage), several hand-held "computer" games, holiday decorations (would not be complete without them!), ice cream freezer, corning waremeat slicer, antique organ, waffle makers, food savers, marbles, old books, pots, puzzles, and lots more!
The garage is a wonderland of tools of all kinds, a cement mixer, mailbox, roller, seeder, sleds, gas "cans," yard tools, fans, fireplace, car gadgets, antique scale, and much, much more!
And for the outside, we have a gas grill, swing, furniture - table and 6 matching chairs. Weather permitting, we will have a display of antique glassware, crocks and other fun items outside the garage so you can shop while you wait, if that is necessary.
Please read the terms and conditions carefully. We will be adhering to county/state requirements regarding COVID. We dusggest that you sign up for a time to visit, but it is not required. Just please understand that you may have to wait a bit, but we will have things outside for you to look at while you wait!
Note that we have added the use of credit payments to our usual cash payments. You may want to download the Zelle app prior to the sale if you do not already use it. We will still accept cash, of course, but have noticed that many of our guests would prefer to use credit.
