We are selling out of the wonderful home at 5033 Jameswood Circle in Dayton, Ohio This auction is featuring Framed & Matted Watercolors By Loretta M. Noe along with a set of Wallace Sterling Silverware Includes: Franciscan Ware, Royal Doultons, Nice Collection of Art, Costume Jewelry, Set of Early Reds Baseball Cards, Vintage Toys, Nice Quality Linens and Fabric, Decorative Items and Much More! The auction will start at 6PM on July 5th and start closing at 6PM on Sunday July 19th. Removal will be at 5033 Jameswood Circle in Dayton, Ohio on Friday, July 24th from 3-6:00 PM. Welcome to another Innovative auction of a prominent Kettering family. I've been challenging myself to describe each of our auctions i I asked the son to say a few words about his mothers collection. His response was better than anything I could say: "A quality collection, chosen with eloquent taste, we are proud to present the household furnishings and accessories of this prominent Kettering resident. Spanning more than 9 decades, the goods are in near perfect order. This collection will please even the most discerning buyer" 2 Victorian Oil Lamp W/Cranberry Fount & Clear-Cranberry Etched Shade, Porcelain Base, & Brass Stem This lamp measures 27" tall to top of the chimney. Oil lamps do not get any finer and original than this! The etched clear to cranberry shade is original and the brass column stem has a nice patina to it. The black base is porcelain and numbered on the bottom. Lamps like this do not show up in the marketplace very often. If you're looking for a Christmas present for me, I'll take this! 3 Beautiful Decorator Lamp W/Brass Figural Koi Fish Stem And Base W/Crimped Paper Shade Lamp measures 22 " tall. The "laurel wreath" finial at top really sets it off! Has a 2-bulb lighting system with individual pulls as pictured. 4 Fenton Electric Lamp W/Hobnail Fount, Marble Base, & Hand Painted Milk Glass Shade Lamp measures 19" tall to top of chimney. Appears to be roses & violets hand painted on the shade. 5 Fenton Opalescent Cranberry Hobnail Vase W/Porcelain Roses Vase alone measures 10.5" tall and has a nice crimped top. The flowers look so good in the vase I'm going to keep them together. A few of the flowers are chipped. 6 (2) Blue Glass Hobnail "Cat In Shoe" Slippers These are 5.75" long x 3" tall. Most likely Fenton, but they are unmarked. 7 (4) Silverplated Figural "Pinecone" Candleholders By "Godinger Silver Art Co." These are 3.75" tall. Original Godinger labels on bottom. 8 Vintage Fenton Cranberry "Large Thumbprint" Pitcher W/Applied Handle & Crimped Top W/(8) Matching Glasses Pitcher is 9.5" tall. 9 (4) Matching Candleholders W/Brass Ram's Head Frames & Crackle Glass Inserts These are 4" tall. 10 Antique Cloisonne' Enameled Vase Vase is 12.5" tall. This is early cloisonne vase I would date to early 1900's. There is a hole in the bottom which leads me to believe it may have been a lamp base at one time. Regardless of use, it's a very nice cloisonne work. 11 Antique Cloisonne' Enameled Lamp Vase Base measures 12" tall. As in the previous lot, I believe this dates to the early 1900's. The bottom is missing, leading me to believe it was a lamp base originally. Keep in mind that like my wife, your opinion may differ from mine. 12 Great Set Of Gladys Brown Bronze Clad Horse-Head Bookends By Dodge Foundry Bookends are 6.75" tall. Original "Dodge" label on bottom. Gladys Brown was a well known equine sculptor from the 1930's. Her work primarily focused on the Arabian horse. These would date to late 1930's up to the mid 1940's. Excellent condition. 13 (2) Miniature Souvenir Cannons From Gettysburg (The gift shop, not the battlefield) Cannons are 4" long. 14 Lefton China Hand Painted Tumble-Up & Pitcher W/Matching Florals Tumble-up is 7.25" & pitcher is 6.5" tall. 15 (2) Matching Metal Candle Sconces Sconces are 10.25" tall. 16 (2) Matching Italian "Palladio" Gilt Metal & Wood Wall Sconces W/Figural Birds Sconces are 28" tall. Gilt metal and column & bird are wood. This is great quality Italian lighting from the 1950's. 17 Vintage Brass Bouillotte 3-Stick Light W/Tin Shade Lamp is 24" tall. Original patina and condition. 18 Plaster Neoclassical Bust Of Greek God Hermes Hermes w/base is 17" tall. Some very minor paint loss I'm going to mention for accuracy. 19 Nice Porcelain Hand Painted Lamp W/Oriental Design & Cloth Pleat Lamp Shade Lamp is 25.5" tall. Sits on a wooden base. 20 (27) Pcs. Of Aynsley, England Porcelain Coffee Set In "Pembroke" Pattern Coffee is 8.5" tall. This set consists of coffee w/lid, cream & sugar, & (12) each demitasse cups & saucers. I have not seen any damage. 21 Coo-Coo Clock Is Marked "Made In Germany" W/Weights & Pendulum Clock is 14.5" tall, not including weights and pendulum. 22 Vintage Dresser Mirror & Matching Necklace Holder W/Swirl Glass Accents Mirror is 12" tall. These sets usually date 1950's or 1960's. 23 (4) Matching Framed & Matted Floral Prints Framed size is 11.75" x 15.25". A popular style print from the 1950's. 24 (6) Pcs. Of Fenton Glass (5) Pcs. of hobnail milk glass & a blue Fenton Christmas plate. Only the plate is marked Fenton. The others are unmarked, which is typical. They originally had a paper label. Box measures 13" x 16" for reference. 25 Italian Ceramic Urn Design Lamp W/Crimped Fiber Shade Lamp is 32" tall. Marked "Made In Italy" on the bottom. Judging from the cord and shade this lamp is circa 1960's. 26 (12) Lenox "0371R" Dinner Plates Plates are 10 & 3/8" in diameter. 27 (2) Fostoria 3-Arm Candleholders In Baroque Pattern W/Crystal Prisms Candleholder is 9.25" tall. 28 Vintage Yashica 8-Up Movie Camera In Original Box As pictured. I've never seen one this complete and original. 29 Olympus Super-Zoom 330 Camera W/Case & Box Appears to have been used very little. Cannot find the battery case cover. We'll keep an eye out for it as we go through the house. 30 Vintage Bell & Howell "Dial 35" Camera W/Owners Manual As pictured. Box shows damage as pictured. I think the first I've ever seen. Maybe I should get out more. 44 Nice HO Scale "Penn Line" Electric Train Set In Original Box Box measures 16" x 26". Has the original paperwork as pictured. Box has damage as shown. **There is one engine that has damage on both ends. Don't know the why's or what happened, but it is damaged. The others still don't look used or used just a few times and put back in boxes. The pictures are your guide.** 45 (18) Knickerbocker Raggedy Ann & Andy Dolls Dolls are 7" tall. They have Christmas ornament hooks in their hair for hanging on Christmas trees, although I don't think that was their original purpose. This leads me to believe that combined with it being all Reds players it was most likely a regional area distribution. 66 (3) Rolex Men's & Ladies Wristwatches Men's wristwatch is running. First one we have sold in many, many years and by far the nicest! 155 Vintage Seiko 5 Automatic Men's Watch W/Silver & Turquoise Band Watch is currently running, but we make to guarantees as to accuracy of time. Nice turquoise settings and bands are unmarked aas to silver content. 156 Vintage "Fossil 10 ATM" Men's Watch W/Date & Time Watch needs new batteries. We are unsure of working condition. 157 Vintage "Hamilton Self Winding" Men's Watch W/Date & Time Watch is currently running. It will need the MAC OS installed and we do not have the disc for that. It is my understanding if taken to an Apple store they will install that system for you. We know of nothing wrong with the laptop.
