5 people at a time inside and masks must be worn PER SUN CITY RULES. WATCH YOUR PARKING. PARK IN DIRECTION OF TRAFFIC .NO BLOCKING DRIVEWAYS OR MAILBOXES .Debit or Credit accepted only. Sales tax will be added. Not responsible for accidents. We have SOME packing boxes, etc but bring your own to be safe. Furniture loading is your responsibility, but you will have the entire weekend to pick up.

2 side notes to begin. Anything is available for pre purchase up until live sale days. Just tell me what you want and I will send you a payable invoice. Secondly this must be listed as by appointment due to HOA rules. I will send the address to anyone who requests it the day before the sale. Small items can be shipped. There are some great items so I would say buy online while you can. Many more photos coming in the next week or so, right up until sale days, so check back often. |
