All registering bidders agree for Walt Cade Auctions or it's subsdaries to use phone numbers and emails for future notifications of auctions, via phone robot call or email campaigns.

We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.

1. Buyer's premium as posted on this auction. All vehicles and titled property must be paid for with a cashiers check, cash or credit card. No personal checks. There is a $14.00 registration charge on each vehicle for title transfer.

2. All items are offered for sale as is, where is and no special warranty or guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described item. All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder and the bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition before bidding. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, NO CHARGE BACKS

3. Auction sales are strictly for cash, cashier's check or personal check with prior approval , Visa, Master Card, or Debit Card. All sales are final at the close of the auction.

4. BIDDING ONLINE ONLY. We accept only bidding online. If you do not have access to a computer but wish to bid the auction company will create an account for you and bid on your behalf .

5. All items purchased by the successful bidder must be paid for on day after the day of sale, Unless otherwise specified. Items purchased must be removed on the day of purchase unless other arrangements have been made.

6. The highest bidder will prevail. The Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse any bid not believed to be in good faith. Should any disputes arise between bidders the decision of the Auctioneer in the exercise of judgement as to the successful bidder will be final.

7. All items offered for sale in this auction will be offered for sale by auction only and there are no presales.

8. The Auctioneer or Auction House assumes no responsibility for errors in the catalog, advertising or on the part of the bidder.

9. Texas Sales Tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. All Dealers must provide a valid resale number upon registration and fill out a Texas Resale Card prior to bidding for Tax Exempt Status.

10. Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own merchandise or have any agent bid on their behalf. If the Auctioneer recognizes such bidding or is advised of the same he may withdraw any or all lots consigned by the offender and will publicly recognize that consignor.

14. Unless otherwise stated, Shipping/Pickup will be limited to "assist" only. We will not package or ship, however, we will accomodate you in shipping arrangements. Any item not picked up within the 48 hour pickup time fame will incure a $10 per day storage charge.

15. THE ACCEPTANCE OF HIGH BID BY THE AUCTIONEER CONSTITUTES A LEGAL AND BINDING CONTRACT WITH THE BUYER AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE UNDER TEXAS STATE LAW.

He and his wife are selling household items, tools, farm, Construction equipment and Salvage Equipment. There are a few consignment items also in thi auction from another source. Cash or Cahsier's Check, only on Vehicles and Machinery) Auction Method: Online Preview: Fri before auction close by Appointment only (Call Amanda 903-238-6185 for appt) Bidding Period: thru July 13__ - Begin to close at 7pm (Soft Close) Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. Most lots are located in our Kilgore Warehouse. Larger Items Lots #2700 an up are on their farm in Hallsville. You will need to settle your invoice with us at our warehouse then we can make arrangements for pickup at the farm. All items on the Farm will be by removed by appointment only and should be paid for on day after auction close (July 14) by 4pm, then you will have up to 14 days to remove items on the farm. All items located in the Kilgore warehouse must be removed on July14, Lots 2700 and up are on the farm in Hallsville, and will need to pe picked up AFTER 7/14 and will require an appointment with seller. Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. Buyers Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee that will be assessed for any credit card that is declined for a purchase. Large Invoices: Auction company, at it's option may elect to charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash or Cashier's Check. Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. Condition: You are buying As is, Where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested any items. In addition if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. No warranty express or implied is offered. Warranty: Many items are Untested Returns, therefore there is No Warranty, No Returns, No Refunds, No Exceptions. Shipping: Nationwide Shipping is available on some small items. We will add a minimum of $5 Handling fee to any shipping order + the cost of shipping. If you desire shipping, send us an email to shipping@WaltCadeAuctions.com and include your invoice number. Title: Buyer beware, If we have title on a motor vehicle, it is maked in the description. We only advertise titles when we have them "IN HAND" Otherwise there is no title.
