Items will start closing on August 5th 6:00PM An item will begin to close every 15 seconds No viewing at all just bid off photos STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM on Wed August 5th 6pm. An item will begin close every 15 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pay and pick their items up Thursday August 6th 3pm to 6pm. There are way too many items to meet and make appointments for pick up. If a person cannot pick up the item do not bid. Schmid Auction or seller is not responsible for any accidents of injuries while loading! We will be set up to pay at the auction site. If a person is a no show their credit card will be charged. We will not take any large items back to our auction facility. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out.
