We are in a gated area, very limited parking so please be mindful of the neighborhood.
Due to COVID restrictions you will have to sanitize before entering the property, there will be a limited number of guests allowed in at one time. MASKS AND GLOVES ARE REQUIRED. We have gloves if you don't, bring your own mask. We take cash (smaller bills), Venmo and Cash App. NO CHECKS, NO CREDIT CARDS. |

Day 1, we are pricing things as research and our client has requested but it also when the best items are available as well. Little room for negoiations and we can add you name to the list for a call back for the Sunday Sale but on a first come, first serve basis. Day 2, we will negociate today for items but offers and adjustments must be resonable. We can also add you name to the list of items of interest for a Sunday Sale, first come, first serve. Day 3, generally a day for call backs, prepaid item pick up and very short window to be open. HOA will not be so tolorate of guests this day. (We are sorry, their rules) Ethan Allen Furniture, Antiques, Asian, Chinese Furniture, artwork, pots, dishes, Chinese statues in abundance. Rustic Country, Claw Foot tables, Rockers, Brass Bread Rack, Italian Dishes and Vases. Vintage Rockers. Back yard pots, decor and "project rockers" that need attention. French items, crystal, depression glassware, Vintage Royal Doulton, Vintage Hummel, Vintage English China and Plates, cups and saucers. Shabby Chic everything espeically for a little girls room or Grandmother's Guest Room. All holiday decor and anything you can imagine. Used Books, CD's, DVD's and Antique Couches, Stools, Wheelchairs, and the always Misc. Items one collects.
