The winning bidder of any item ENTERS INTO A BINDING CONTRACT, and is expected to pay for all "won" items, even if the bidding was done in error.

Everything MUST be PAID IN FULL on the day of the auction, before removing any items
*CAC reserves the right to withhold items until checks have cleared

Items must be picked within 10 business days of the auction end

Buyers Premiums:
5% per item for payments made with Cash, Local Check, or Debit Card
10% per item for all items won via Proxibid.com

All Items must be removed within 10 business days or are subject to a $15 per day storage fee! Items must be paid for by the following Friday or are subject to a $25 per day late fee.

We will prosecute any unresolved returned checks
