-We accept Cash & Credit Card with purchases over $20, a 5% fee will be applied.
-Absolutely NO PRESALES. Doors open at 7 AM on SALE DAY.
-You May Line Up: Two Entrances: Garage & Front Door.
-Drive Way is for Pick Up Only
-Absolutely NO HOLDS
-We do not disclose pricing prior to sale.
-Large Items: Large Items and Items that are difficult to retrieve, will have a large price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring SOLD TAGS-
-All Sales Are Final
-Holding area: We will provide a holding area. If you choose to leave items in the holding area, you are leaving them AT YOUR OWN RISK. We will not be held responsible for items left in the holding area. We encourage you to shop with a friend and bring a box or bag to make your shopping experience easier if you choose to buy in bulk.
