This is an online only auction with bidding through Hibid. Bidding will end in numerical order with 4 items ending every minute. If there is bidding activity in the last 2 minutes, the end time will be extended 2 minutes until there is no further bidding for 2 minutes. Extending the end time for an item does not change the end time of the following item, so there may be several lots ending simultaneously. You may bid anytime up until the ending time for each item. TERMS: Credit and debit cards may not be used for titled vehicles, tractors, or ATVs. These must be paid for with cash, cashier's check or personal check. You will have to register to bid in this auction. The registration process with Hibid is one-time. You will not have to go through the registration process for future auctions. If you do not wish to register with your credit card, please contact our office and we will assist you with options. If you have difficulty with registering or if you are unsure about the process, or if you just want help bidding, call our office and we will be glad to help you with it. Online bidders will pay a buyer's premium of 10%. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING: We accept cash, credit cards, PayPal, and checks. Local buyers can use credit cards, cash, or personal check. Nothing will be removed from the auction site until it is paid for. WE WILL GLADLY SHIP ANY ITEM YOU WANT! If you want us to ship your items, the cost of packing and shipping will be added to your total and a new invoice will be sent to you showing the total due. We ship in-house with reasonable handling charges. Payment is expected within 48 hours of invoice for shipped items. If you wish to make payment arrangements other than credit card for shipped orders, we ask that you contact Black and Gold Auctions at least 24 hours before the auction. We will be happy to work with you in that way. IMPORTANT CHANGES EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 27, 2019: All unpaid invoices remaining at 12:00 Noon on Saturday following the auction end will be assessed a $10 storage fee and the total invoice amount will be charged to the credit card on file with HiBid. If the card is declined, bidding privileges will be immediately suspended until the past due amount is paid in full. If the invoice remains unpaid after 7 days, items will be forfeited and bidding privileges will be permanently revoked. If the invoice is paid this way, purchased items will be stored for a maximum of 7 days. If purchased items are not picked up within 7 days, additional storage fees of $2 per item per day will accrue and bidding privileges will be suspended until items are removed from our facility. If items are not removed at the end of 30 days, they will be forfeited and bidding privileges will be permanently revoked. This week we have a bunch of nice furniture, coins, McCoy Pottery, John Deere items and much much more! SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE! 1 Duncan Phyfe style mahogany coffee table Double drop leaf table with leather insets. 39 x 21" top with the leaves down. Up, they add about 20" to the length. Good used condition with some cosmetic flaws and one cigarette burn on the leather inset. Very functional with a great overall look. 2 Pair Mahogany End Tables Leather inset on top of tables with some evidence of wear and use. 20" square top, 27" tall. These would make a good match for Lot 1, if you're looking to furnish your living room. 3 Antique oak wash stand, refinished A beautiful old girl! 31" wide, 17" deep and 27" tall. One drawer over two doors. Light evidence of wear and use, but nothing worth noting. Fine antique piece. 4 Oak kitchen table 42" x 30" top, 30" tall. Kind of a 1940's country kitchen look to this table. Looks as though someone has reglued some of the boards on the top. Still holds dinner! 5 Howard Miller oak grandfather clock 78th Anniversary edition, Model #611-019. Oak case clock with 3 weights, pendulum, key. By and large in excellent condition. At some point in time, someone put all the weights on the small shelf on the interior, causing one side of it to break down. ... 6 Oak sofa table 48" by 18" top, stands 27" tall. No serious issues with this piece-very little wear evident and sturdy as can be. Minor cosmetic surface flaws only. 7 Pair oak pressed back dining chairs Both exhibit wear but are in good overall condition. One chair is missing a stretcher, but sits just fine. Have padded seat covers tied on. 8 Rolling plywood cabinet, 2 TV tables 20.5x25", 34" high. It is in good shape, but the door doesn't quite shut all the way. Nothing fancy but will serve its purpose. Two blond wood TV trays. 9 Pair of woven patio chairs Metal frame, wear and some rust on one chair more than the other. Both quite usable. 10 Two drawer metal filing cabinet 15x18", 29" height. It has a lock but no key. The drawers don't latch when unlocked, but that's a design choice, not a flaw. It has some cosmetic damage but is in good, functional shape. A few folders are included. 11 Lovely oak arm chair, walnut cane seat chair Sturdy and comfortable oak arm chair, frequently seen in court houses and offices back in the day. We can't say anything but good things about this chair. The smaller chair is walnut with a cane seat. It, too, is in good condition with a slight wobbl... 12 Small wooden bookshelf/rack 24" by 10" top, 29" tall. Certainly has a mid century feel and look to it.
