If you are the successful bidder a $500 non-refundable deposit will be charged to your registration credit card at the close of the auction. The balance will be due in CASH, Check or credit card when the vehicle is picked up. When you register for the auction and submit a bid, you are agree that you are contractually bound to pay the full purchase price plus buyer's premium. All sales are final and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchange rights.. Since vehicles, items and equipment are being sold "AS IS - WHERE IS", it means that the purchaser is buying "with all faults" and without any warranty or guarantee of any type, expressed or implied. Any information regarding the item provided by the seller is for convenience only. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect and investigate condition prior to bidding. Geyer Auction Companies expressly disclaims the accuracy of information such as condition, check engine lights, ABS or airbag lights, Diesel vehicle DPF or DEF system conditions, hour meter readings, odometer readings and vehicle identification numbers (VINs). We recommend and encourage a physical inspection of all vehicles before bidding. Auction Terms - 10% Buyers premium for Cash, certified funds, and approved checks. 13% for checks unknown to us (We use an electronic check verification system), 13% Buyers Premium for credit cards. No titles will be released until funds are cleared. Vehicles must be paid for within 3 days of Auction close. |
