PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. These terms and conditions are absolute and cannot be altered or changed in any way except in writing by the auctioneer. If you cannot follow these terms 100%, you are welcome to stay as a spectator, but do not bid.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% buyers' premium is added to the final invoice price. REGISTRATION: You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in this sale. In order to bid, you must create a username and password. You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and up to date. AUCTION FORMAT: This is an internet absentee bidding with live auction sale. Bids will be accepted online for a period of days indicated up until 10am on the day of the live sale, Saturday, July 25th. The high bids will be taken to the live auction where the overall high bidder becomes the winner of each lot they successfully bid on. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns or exchanges are accepted once the Auctioneer accepts the buyer's final winning bid. Once the item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the new owner of the item and has effected a legally binding contract which cannot be altered or voided. NO WARRANTIES: All items are sold as is, where is without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the quality, character or condition. INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/her personal inspection of the property through photos provided. Photographs are an important part of the item description. SETTLEMENT: Must be paid in full within 72 hours of close of auction via cash, certified check, money order, or personal check (must be cleared prior to pickup). DELIVERY/PICKUP: Local pickup only in Newport, MI. Address will be provided to high bidder. Any outside shipping or delivery arrangements must be handled exclusively by the high bidder. CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE: Auctioneer reserves the right to modify or cancel lots and extend or change close dates. CLAIMS: Any claims or disputes arising out of these terms and conditions or this auction will be settled in Lucas County, Ohio. |
