The Green Elephant Estate Sales will be conducting an online estate sale for the entire contents of a home in Colonia. The sale is going to be held on our Facebook page and will start on Friday July 17 at 10:00am and finish on Saturday July 18 at 2:00pm. A special photo album will be listed on the day of the sale with item descriptions and prices.

          - There will be NO BIDDING on items. The first buyer to write "SOLD" in the comment section of the item photo will get that item at the price listed. 

          - Buyers will be able to make offers on all items that are not marked "SOLD" after 12:00pm on Saturday. No offers should be made or will be considered before then. 

          - When a buyer writes "SOLD" on an item or if their offer is accepted, they are expected to pay for and pick up the item on the scheduled date and time.

          - All sales are final with no refunds, returns or exchanges.

          - Payment is to be made in cash on the day of item pick up. Exact change will be very helpful to minimize contact. 

          - Pick up times will be scheduled for July 19 - 20 (Sunday - Monday) at the home in Colonia. A Facebook message will be sent to all buyers after the sale has ended with the address and the pick up date and time. 

          - Driveway pick up will take place for all items except large furniture. You must bring assistance if needed to move and load all items purchased as no staff will be available to help. Please also remember to keep a proper social distance for everyone's safety.
