An amazing antique 6-arm Capodimonte chandelier and large set of Minton porcelain dinnerware are great added ingredients to this recipe. Amazingly clean home is pet and smoke free. Every now and then I run across a piece of furniture that is so special and unique it really baffles me what an accurate description would be. As I believe this cabinet is one of a kind, this is one of those pieces. There are remnants of the original paint in many areas as pictured. It has possibly the best refinish job I have seen on any piece of antique furniture ever. There is turquoise paint on the inside of the top and base. It was probably added later, but it doesn't matter. I believe circa 1840's/1850's. 59 Early Country Sheraton 1-Drawer Cherry Table/Stand Table measures 23.25" wide x 22.75" deep x 29" tall. Early 4-finger dovetail on drawer along with chamfered bottom of drawer. Circa 1860's/1870's. I like the larger than normal top. When these were constructed it was for a designed area. 60 Early American Style Lamp W/Weather Vane Assembly & Original Shade Lamp is 33.75" tall. 61 Brass Floor Lamp W/Brass Shade Lamp is 56" tall. 62 Antique French Provincial Arm Chair W/Tapestry Seat & Back Chair measures 25" wide at the arms & 35" tall. Tapestry seat shows some thin areas as pictured. 63 Antique Victorian Marble Top Table W/Oval Marble Top Table measures 19.5" x 28" x 27.5" tall. Late Victorian era circa 1880's/1890's. 64 Very Nice Wall Display W/(1) Door & (3) Glass Shelves Display measures 15.5" wide x 28" tall. 65 French Provincial Arm Chair W/Upholstered Seat, Back, & Arm Tops Chair measures 25" wide at the arms & 36" tall. 66 Walnut Country Hepplewhite (5) Drawer Chest W/Inlay Dated 1810 Chest measures 37.75" wide x 20.5" tall x 40.25" tall. Again, a very special piece of antique furniture. The matching Hepplewhite pulls have embossed cornucopia's and original patina. To be accurate, the top 2 drawers originally had the same cornucopia pulls but have been filled in and 2 brass pulls added. Also, the top had a small spot repaired where the knot of the walnut board was. A great final touch are the inlaid initials, "MW", likely the original maker. On the bottom of a top drawer is penciled a name that looks like "Wade Bowman" and the date 1810. There is other pencil writing I cannot discern. It is pictured for you. On a final note I would say the person that refinished this chest was the same person that refinished the 2-piece cabinet in the living room. The workmanship is exceptional in my opinion. Furniture of this caliber do not often appear, so this is a great opportunity. 67 Contemporary Brass Open Frame Full Size Headboard W/Frame Posts are 58" tall. Metal may be brass plated, I'm not exactly sure. 68 Serta Full Size Mattress & Box Springs I see one stain on the side. We will picture it for you. Otherwise, very clean from a spotless home. 69 Antique Cherry (1)-Drawer Stand W/Drop Leaves Stand measures 18.5" wide (with leaves down) x 24.5" deep x 24" tall. The leaves are 9" wide. It was used in the home as a nightstand. 70 Vintage English Georgian Wing-Back Arm Chair This classic measures 29" wide at the arms x 42" tall. This classic Georgian style is almost impossible to find anywhere. Both of these chairs are in beautiful condition and go well in any home decor! This a a well made and heavy table that could have a myriad of uses. 75 Vintage Maple Knee-Hole Desk W/Inlaid Leather Top Desk measures 48" wide x 24" deep x 30" tall. Desk would be circa 1960's. Typical bumps and finish wear in the area where the chair & feet would go. 76 Vintage Tell City Hitchcock Chair W/Rush Seat & Stenciled Back Chair is 17" wide at the seat x 34" tall. Very nice condition on a chair that the rush seats are usually damaged.
