Sorry but there is no staff available to assist in moving heavy objects. Bring the tools and helpers you need to safely remove your purchases from the home and a large enough vehicle to take them away. We use an automated line manager system to determine the entry order into the home. Signup is at BRIESLINE.COM and launches at 5:00 PM the evening prior to each day of the sale. After signup, you will receive a text with a ticket confirming your position in line. When it is your turn to enter the home, we will text you using this system and you will have access to a status page which will let you know where you are in line. If calling with questions, please only call between the hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM as calls go to a home office. |

We will let you in as soon as possible taking into account the limit of 10 people in the home at one time. We will be limiting the number of people in this home to 10 at one time. NO children under 18 or pets please. There will be NO bathrooms available for use. Masks will be required, if you do not remember to bring a mask you will not be able to enter the home. There will be no masks available for free or for purchase. We ask that you observe social distancing both inside the home and outside the home while waiting to enter. We suggest that you bring hand sanitizer to use before and after your time at the home. Thank you for your cooperation! This 1,300 square foot mid-century ranch home features an eclectic mix of items including furniture in a variety of styles from antique to Danish Modern to vintage, home decor, useful household items and more. The sale will be held in a portion of the home. A highlight is the amazing rosewood dining table and chairs, buffet with hutch by Boltinge Stolefabrik, made in Denmark.
