This sale is located in a private home. All guests will be asked to sign a release before entering. All sales are final with no returns or exchanges. All items are sold on a first come - first serve basis. We reserve the right to refuse to sell or provide service to anyone upon discretion. No hand bags or back packs will be permitted. We ask that you bring your own packing and boxes. We accept all major credit cards, but do not accept checks.

The house is packed full of amazing furniture, household and kitchen items from well-known designers such as Jonathon Adler, Kreiss, Crate and Barrel & Milo Baughman. Dates and Times: Saturday & Sunday, July 18th & 19th, 9am - 4pm Please note this is an appointment only sale so please contact us now to book your preferred viewing time at (310) 745-1484 or via email at info@aesofla.com. We are very aware of the current climate and everyone's safety is our utmost priority. Face masks will be required and are mandatory to enter the property, please do not forget yours as we will not have spares. We will have hand sanitizer available and will be strictly controlling the amount of folks entering the estate. Please be thoughtful of your neighbors, friends and fellow customers and practice sensible social distancing to avoid any potential hazards. Thank you !
