A non-refundable deposit of 20% (escrow money) of the total purchase price is required within 24 hours of auction closing. The remaining balance will be at closing, which will occur within thirty days (30) of auction date. All closing and settlement fees, including but not limited to surveys, inspections, reports, title insurance, any/all ad valorem taxes due are the Buyer's responsibility.

The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.
