All in very well kept condition including; 2004 Yamaha grand piano in mint condition, Roseville & Hull art pottery, Fiesta, 100s of pieces of Blue Willow, Red Willow & Pfaltzgraff, royal ruby, forest green & other glassware, oak table with 6 matching chairs, 48" round oak table, oak lighted hutch, primitive country hutch, country pine stands, hutch & other pieces, primitives, 2 cast iron stoves, bamboo & outdoor furniture, Victorian 3 piece parlor set, cast iron table & 2 chairs, spinning wheel, Ice cream table with 2 ladderback chairs, outdoor items, blow molds, cuckoo clocks, oak pressback chairs, pitcher & bowl sets, lamps, Victorian game table, early Currier & Ives "Mary", blanket chest, old local photos, Empire chest, metal kitchen carts, Holiday decor many small stands & accent pieces & home decor, & much more all in excellent condition. Bidding begins to close TUESDAY August 4th beginning at 6P.M. PREVIEW of items at home is scheduled for FRIDAY July 31st, from 4P.M. - 6P.M. PICKUP of items is THURSDAY, August 6th from 2-7 P.M. BRING YOUR OWN PACKING MATERIAL & HELP WITH LARGER ITEMS! ALL in very well kept condition! All items are being sold in as-is as-found condition. Please attend the scheduled preview to inspect items. IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION: All winning bidders MUST pick up at the scheduled pickup time. Special times or arrangements will not be made. Any items not picked up WILL be charged to the credit card on file with us & bidder WILL forfeit items. If you cannot make the scheduled pickup, please do not bid. PICK UP & PAYMENT FOR PIANO; Full payment must be made during the time of the scheduled pickup on the 6th. The winning bidder of the piano is responsible for all aspects of removal in a careful and professional manner. Piano must be removed no later than Friday August 21st. 10% buyers premium on all online purchases. 13% buyers premium for all credit card purchases. Payment at pickup by cash or check. Bring your own packing material & help in loading large items. Items are NOT boxed. All items MUST be picked up during the scheduled pickup time.
