Winning bidder will be required to enter into a purchase agreement immediately following the close of auction. McLean Auction & Realty will email Purchase Contract to buyer. Buyer will be required to sign and return back to McLean Auction & Realty within 24 hours along with the wired earnest money deposit. If not received within 24 hours, buyer will be considered in default. Any and all inspections may be done at the bidders expense prior to close of sale. Due diligence is auction day. Buyer may choose Closing Attorney of their choice that is licensed to practice in the State of North Carolina. Earnest money will be wired to and held by McLean Auction Firm Escrow Account. Wiring fees will apply. Seller pays taxes that will be prorated up to the day of closing, drawing of the deed, and revenue stamps. Bidder is responsible for all other closing costs (surveys, inspections, etc.).
Bidder Verification: The identity of all bidders will be verfied, if complete verification is not possible McLean auction & Realty will reject the registration and bidding activity will be terminated. The Seller and McLean Auction & Realty reserve the right to proclude any person from bidding if there is any question as to the person’s credentials, fitness, etc. Bidders agree to keep their username and password confiedential as they are responsible for ANY and ALL activity involving their username.
