Auction Terms & Conditions Bidding on any item indicates the bidder's acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
1. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS. 2.All property being sold is "AS IS". 3. Lots will be paid for in full by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Cash/Check upon pickup. 4.Buyer's Premium is 10% 5. All items that are purchased by online bidders must be paid for in full within 3 business days of the auction. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Consignment Connection Auction Company reserves the right to hold all purchases until checks or credit card transactions have cleared to the satisfaction of the Auction Company. All items must be paid for before being picked up. If payment has not been collected within 3 days of the auction, credit cards will automatically be Charged. Auction Company is not responsible for items not picked up during given time noted. Items will be forfeited and discarded. 6. If declared the winning bidder, you have entered a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. In the event of any failure of the Buyer to comply with fair practice, such as stop payment with maintaining of lots purchased for thereof criminal action will be taken. 9. This Indianapolis Motor Speedway Racing Collection will end with a soft close Thursday August 20th @ 7: 00 p.m. This Auction consists of Indy 500, Brickyard 400, and Formula 1 related items dating back to the 50's. Such items include winners glassware, programs, fan guides, tickets/stubs, parking passes, hats, and more. Most of these items were aqiured only by employment @ the Indianapolis Motor Speedway making them limited and hard to find.
