Terms & Tips for Sales:
FACE MASKS/COVERINGS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES. Methods of payment: Cash and Credit/Debit Cards. First come, first serve. If needed, we will start with 9 people allowed entrance into house and then one out, one in. There will be a 30 minute shopping time allowed (while there is a line). Jewelry area is limited to two (2) customers at any given time. Social Distance of 6 feet is required while in line and in house. I do not ship. You must be present to purchase items. Valuables are removed from residence and returned the morning of sale. Sales tax will be collected, unless you provide proof of a valid California Resale Permit Number. Sales tax rate in Walnut Creek is 8.25%. Rain or Shine! If you wish to buy an item, put your name & telephone number on the price tag. Please bring help if you plan to buy large pieces. There will not be any help available to move items. I will not sell an item if cannot be moved safely. Items must be removed on the sale date. All items are sold as-is with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. We are not responsible for items left behind/unattended. There are no restrooms available for use at this location. Do not enter marked off areas or doors. Do not disturb occupant. Be mindful of neighbors and do not block driveways. No parking in house driveway. House is alarmed. Thank you for attending! |
