We will attempt to put items outside. In the event you need to enter you must wear a mask, only move to where you are directed to get items and no one else will be allowed entry with you unless you are moving large items or a large number of lots. 
NO MASK - NO ENTRY.  We will be following all state-mandated guidelines. This includes any help or movers. Please do not bring extra people other than the workers needed to move items.

Auctions typically run from 2-3 hours with lot closings spaced out during that time depending on how many total lots we have.

Due to Covid we are not giving any preview dates. You can call or
e-mail if you need additional photos or have questions.

We also prefer not taking cash payments at this time. If you need to pay cash please message before the auction close otherwise we bill to your card. We will ONLY take Venmo or exact change in an envelope.

DO NOT call, text or email to request pickup info please. All winners will get a follow up email with pickup appointment instructions and exact location. READ YOUR MESSAGES. The address is shown when you book the appointment (wait after you submit booking) If you miss the address the link is sent in a confirmation e-mail If we do not hear from people don't panic we will get in touch with everyone with a follow up e-mail or call. YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT to get your things or you lose your items without refund. In a case where appointments get full we will reach out. Do not pick alternate times unless you plan to come AT THAT TIME. We can not take people that do not come at your appointment times.

You are responsible for pickup by appointment.
If you require any alternate pickup, delivery or shipping option let us know before the auction ends. All items not removed by the end of the pickup days will be forfeited and no refund will be given. If appointments are filled we will contact you. If we are unable to reach you than your items are forfeited.

All items sold "as is". There are no refunds once items are removed. You can cancel a sale before leaving with your items so you have a chance to inspect your purchases, however, we only refund for items that are not described properly (pictures or description - check both) or in cases with electronic or motorized items that are not functioning (stereos, appliances, power tools etc) If items are listed as not functioning we will not refund. If you cancel the sale you will get credit MINUS Buyer's Premium to cover our auction fees so bid wisely. 

You must bring an invoice. You also must bring with you any items to disassemble, pack, or move items. We do not typically have any extra packing supplies.? If you need help moving items you must have your own help. We do not have staff for moving. If you can not move your item you will forfeit without refund. If you need multiple trips or days please notify us as soon as the auction ends.
