I will line sellers up and sell directly from their truck, trailer or car.
I will sell the 1st Spot. It will be for 45 minutes. If the Seller bids $125 or more there will be NO commission. All other spots will be First Come/First Served and will be 20 minutes @20% Commission. You will be allowed 3 no sales.
If you have large items you can place them in a line behind your spot. I have a 3 acre field.
NO JUNK: If you would not buy it, DON T bring it. This will be fast paced and I will not have time to sort out what I determine JUNK.
I will have one or two tables set up for Reserve items.
Drinks and snacks will be available.
TERMS: CASH or DEBIT/CREDIT Card.
A 10% Buyers Premium will apply to ALL sales and a 3% addition for Debit/Credit Cards.
Come Early as everyone will have to re register and Sellers will have to sign a contract.
Bring a chair!
