Use of this site is subject to the terms and conditions contained herein. Auctioneer reserves the right to edit the terms and conditions and individual auction pages may contain additional terms and conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof.

In order to buy guns in this auction, you must be:
1. A resident of Arkansas with valid photo ID (AR driver's license) (Except FFLs)
2. Registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address,
3. 21 years of age to buy short guns (pistols or revolvers)
4. 18 years of age to buy long guns (rifles or shotguns)
Note: No straw buyers allowed. Only the person registered to bid may make payment and pick up guns. That same person will be required to show photo ID and complete top portion of ATF Form # 4473 or show concealed carry permit or FFL.

Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidders are responsible for their own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.

All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.

Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.

Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.

Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash, or credit card at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.

Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. If you cannot pick up during the designated pick up time, DO NOT BID.

Shipping: We do not ship. Buyer is responsible for pickup of merchandise during designated pick up time. If you cannot pick up during designated time, DO NOT BID!

Downsizing auction of guns and ammo . Bidding opens Sat Aug 1st at Noon Preview Wed Aug 5th from 4 til 6 pm Bidding closes Thur Aug 6th at 8pm. shortly after auction closes, winning bidders receive an email with invoice attached.
