* All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage everyone to Preview and inspect all items in person if possible . We can Facetime out of State Buyers if neccessary .

* Again , Bidder inspection is encouraged.
*By placing a bid, The bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* No Shipping is Offered on This particular auction . We will cooperate with any shipper the high bidder decides to choose with prior agreement between Auctioneer and bidder .

You can Personally Preview each Item at the Auction House By appointment or I can Facetime out of state bidders. This auction also consists of Multiple items from Various Local Estates & Consignors . The Items must be sold . All Items will be sold AS IS Where IS . You will be notified after auction ends Friday evening August 14 - Saturday Aug 15th. if you are the Winning High Bidder then Items can be picked up Sat August 15th 11 -3 & Sun 1-4 or by appointment in order to make room for Next Auction . Please allow 7-10 day for shipping We prefer If Anything is to be shipped it be mailed via flate rate USPS. We will try to ship sooner if possible but with pick ups , check outs , consignor pay outs the shipping Navarre Florida does take time. If you are an out of State Bidder Please inquire first about shipping prices prior to bidding . The high Bidder pays shipping ,insurance and a $ 5 handling ,wrapping , boxing fee if it cannot fit in a flat rate box.
