It is the buyer's responsibility to review the terms and conditions prior to each use of this site. By bidding you acknowledge agreement and acceptance of all terms and conditions of this site and any revisions or changes thereof. Mobile Home : - to be moved within 30 days of auction close. You get the mobile home and underpinning and blocks. Axles are attached, You will need wheels. Seller will have electricity turned off, Buyer responsible for disconnecting from main switchbox inside trailer, and for disconnecting sewer pipe. ***Please be aware that we do not ship*** If you require shipping, you are responsible for making arrangements with shipper, which includes pick up of merchandise during designated pick up time. Personal property & mobile home: Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address. Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on. All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Please pick up and pay for your merchandise at 3258 Hwy 35 East - Monticello, AR during the designated time, with cash, good check or credit card (if you pay with credit card, 3% will be added to invoice total) . You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. All items must be paid for and picked up Sat Aug 8th between neen and 6 pm. Please observe social distancing and health protective measures. Mobile home must be paid for by noon Monday Aug 10th.
