1.All Sales are Final, items sold "as is, where is"
2.Every bid is final and irrevocable.
3.15% Buyers Premium
4.Payment in full is required on day of sale or at pick up before removing your items.
5.All items must be picked up on the day after the sale unless prior arrangements have been made.
6.Any item left over 20 days will be sold at the auctioneers' convenience.
7.Auctioneer has the right to accept bids in the increments he chooses. He may also have the right to pass on any bid he feels is not in the best interest of his client.

3.Payment terms Cash and all Major Credit Card are accepted. If you plan to pay by cash or check please contact our office when you register so we can make that note, otherwise the card you registered with will be charged. All sales will be processed immediately after the sale.


Shipping
NO SHIPPING OF ANY CONSTRUCTION OR BUILDING ITEMS, ANY HEAVY ITEMS OR BULKY ITEMS. $10 Handling fee added to each shipping plus cost of materials and shipping will be added to any item shipped no matter the cost of the item. Shipping will not take place until after the last pick up date (8/24).

We are working with 2 families that have very similiar needs to liquidate their estates. Both have antiques, collectables, furniture, milk glass, dairy cans,jewelry, advertisment, comic books, camera equipment, tools, shelving, knick knacks and holiday decorations, so much stuff here its hard to metion it all. We will be selling the contents of both estates to the highest bidder reqardless of price, no reserves in this auction. The auction will run from 8/8/2020 starting at 7am CST and running through 8/19/2020 soft close begins at 7PM CST. We will ship some items and the shipping will be handled through a third party shipping company who will contact you for any information. Note that the pick up for this auction is Sat & Sun 8/22 - 8/23 from 10 am to 3pm CST. Items to be shipped will not be dropped off at the shipper until monday 8/24. NO SHIPPING WILL TAKE PLACE PRIOR TO 8/24. All invoice you will recieve will be marked unpaid and payment will be collected when you pick up your stuff. If you do not pick it up by end of pick up, you will lose your items unless you have made arrangements prior. Cash and Credit only. The Auction house will not charge you for Shipping but will charge you a $10 flat fee for handling. Your invoice will reflect handling but not shipping as that is taken up with the shipper.
