You will need to sign a waiver stating that you release Scott Solo estate Sales LLC and the property owner from any and all injuries that may or can occur while on the property or in the house. If you do not wish to sign the waiver, you will NOT be permitted on the property or in the house and will be asked to leave immediately. |
