Auction Terms & Conditions All items are sold AS IS / WHERE IS. No warranties or guarantees. We do our best to point out any flaws we see and even take pictures of the flaws. We do not, however, get out a microscope to scan every square inch of an item. We are more than happy to have you come out prior to auction close to view any and all items in person. Just schedule a time with Julie to do so.

There is a 15% buyers premium added to all winning bids. Due to our current environment we plan on this being a credit card on file only auction. Method of payment: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is completed and on file with us.

Bidding
A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agreed to be bound by them. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges.

And remember all items not picked up by Sunday, August 9th will be forfeited to the auction house and resold at the next auction. If you have any issues please call us. We can normally work things out if proper communication takes place.

Many rustic, primitive and vintage items. Please call if you have questions on any items. Winning bidders will be given the specific pick up address in Springtown, TX on the emailed invoice. At the conclusion of the auction we will charge the credit card on file, for all winning bidders. We plan on having a Saturday pick up from 10AM - 2PM on August 8th. Pick up times on Sunday , Aug 9th will be by appointment only for select times.. Please call Julie for your appointment. We do not plan on shipping any of the items for this auction. Last auction, there was one winning bidder that did not receive their automated invoice via email. If you do not receive an invoice by email, please check your SPAM folder or call Julie at the number provided below. Any items not picked up by Sunday, August 9th, will be forfieted to the auction company and resold at the next auction. If you cannot make the pick up date please do not bid.
