By bidding on any item, the bidder/buyer shows acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Do not bid unless you agree to all the terms and conditions below. It is the buyers responsibility to read all terms and conditions.
We do offer preview for all auctions and we do encourage bidders to inspect items before bidding. Previews can be done during our normal business hours before the closing of an auction. If the auction is off site, special preview times and dates will be posted for that auction. Double K Auctions, LLC. encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before placing any bids. All lots are sold "AS - IS, WHERE - IS" with all faults, imperfections and errors. Registration * Bidders must be 18 years of age or older to bid on any items. *All information provided by buyer/bidder must be currant and up to date. * Double K Auctions LLC reserves the right to deactivate any bidder account at any time, or to restrict access to any feature of the auction site without penalty or notice. * We may use email advertising to notify customers about upcoming auctions or sales. Should you wish to remove yourself from our email list, please forward your request to us and you will be promptly removed from the list. We may gather information about bidders, sellers and buyers only for the purpose of conducting online or live auctions |

Grand Blanc Online Estate Auction Aug 3rd - 6th Bidding starts at $5.00 and registration is free! Auction will begin closing at 7:00pm, August 6th with lots closing every 30 seconds! 15% Buyers Premium will be added to all sales. This auctions, metal bunk beds, bunk and futon bed, love seat, dressers, mirrors, end tables, air hockey table, ping pong table, mini fridge, movie posters, dining room table with matching buffet and hutch, desks, office chairs, toys, games, baseball cards, ceiling fans, reptile cages, and more. Please form line by garage door for payment, and direction of pickup Face masks or face coverings are required inside home Maintain 6 foot distance 4 people will be allowed in the home at one time Pick Up Times August 7th (Friday) 10:00 am to 3:00 pm You will be responsible for the removal and packing of your items. Please bring tools if you won some of the bigger items. Not responsible for any injury or accidents. Please keep children with you at all times.
Payments We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Paypal (all credit cards & Paypal payments will be charged a 3.5% processing fee) Credit card and Paypal payments can be paid online made thru your account
Pickup Location Location of sale is in Kirkridge Hills Condominiums off Saginaw Road between McCandlish & Bella Vista Drive, address will be on winners invoice
