Unless otherwise specified, our online and live auctions will be held in the above location.

Preview: No appointment necessary. Previews are held for each auction on the day prior to auction’s start date, within our hours of operation listed below.

Hours of Operation: MON-FRI 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. / SAT 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Removal/Pick-up: 2 Business Days following close of auction. NO EXCEPTIONS.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

**There will be a 15% Buyer’s Premium Added to Each Item Purchased. **

We offer a 3% discount on all invoices paid in cash during our normal business hours only. Any items held after stated removal/pick up times do not qualify for this discount.

All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid debit or credit card.

You must be 18 years or older to bid in any auction. No Exceptions. Placing a bid by someone under the age of 18 violates state law and may be prosecuted.

PAYMENT TERMS:

**PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M. ON THE LAST DAY OF SCHEDULED REMOVAL/PICK UP*. ALL PAYMENTS SHOULD BE MADE TO 409 AUCTIONS. PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE UPON PICK UP WITH CASH, CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.

PAYMENT TYPES: Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, or Wire Transfer.

All buyers must present a paid receipt from 409 Auctions at time of pickup. Buyers making payment at the time of pick up will be issued a receipt at that time.

409 Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal/pick up. Bring your own labor, straps, boxes, etc. needed to load up.

Note: If items are not removed by the removal/ pick up deadline, and there is a discrepancy, NO REFUNDS will be issued. If items are not removed by the deadline, bidder’s account will be suspended until removal is completed.

All merchandise is sold ‘AS-IS, WHERE IS’ without any warranty, expressed or implied. Buyer should rely only on their own inspection and information. Items will likely have scratches, dents, stains, rust, etc.

There will be no selling or swapping between buyers on 409 Auctions property.

Winning bidders are solely responsible for removing merchandise. 409 Auctions is not responsible for damages caused by employees assisting with removal. Bidders must load their own merchandise. If any equipment or packing material is needed, it is the bidders responsibility.

Any buyer discrepancy must be reported at 409 Auctions physical location at time of removal.

Photos and Descriptions were supplied by 409 Auctions and remain the property of 409 Auctions.

Any and all merchandise not removed by deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by 409 Auctions.

Mildred and Clyde Hickson, known by most who met them, as the “biggest love story” ever. Clyde was devoted to Mildred and she, him. Clyde was employed by Dupont in Orange, for many years. His dream of bettering himself,(no college) came to life as he applied himself to learning instrumentation  and electrical applications. After many years, Clyde started living his dream, of acquiring a job that not only fulfilled his dedication to work, but to fulfill Mildred’s dream of seeing the world. Seeing the word indeed she did. As they traveled they picked up unique items of remembrance.  They saw the Great Wall of China, been in Tinanaman square , seen the largest waterfall in the world, Iguazue falls where Uruguay, Paraguay, and Argentina meet. Seen the Terracotta Warriors, the Emperor's tomb. We saw the Berlin wall, in the 70's went to the East side went thru Check Point Charlie to get there. 

Saw the changing of the guards in London. Saw stonehenge.
