• Staggered ending lots! Lot #1 ends at 7pm, Lot #2 ends @ 701pm, Lot #3 ends at 702pm… and so on. ALL INDIVIDUAL END TIMES ARE ON ITEM PAGE!
• PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS: All purchases and winning bids to be removed on Saturday, Aug. 8th, 10am to 3pm (later pick ups, subject to confirmation)

To participate in purchasing and/or bidding online please follow these directions:

Go to the “My Account” from our menu. You can create an account with your email or Login with Facebook or your Google Account. (valid credit card is required)

An account is required to bid/purchase.  To view items online, no account is required.

Open House Hours: 

• Open House Hours: Friday Aug, 8th (12pm to 5pm) or by appointment (during week).
• Items with “BUY NOW” Button. Can be purchased at the above location and hours.

How Auctions Close:

The first lot ends @ 7pm. Then every minute thereafter, until the last lot. Staggered ending lots.

Each item has its own individual end time. It is clearly marked underneath the countdown clock.

Bidding:

Directions on Bidding and Buy Now:

Direct Bid: Which is the next bid increment.

Custom Bid or Max Bid: (example: starting bid is $1.oo. You enter $100.00, If no one else is bidding. Then it will read “current bid is $1.00” The system will automatically bid up to $100 automatically, until someone out bids you.

Auto: If you are bidding but you keep seeing “auto” next to bidders name. That is because they have set a maximum custom bid, as explained above. You will not be the current bidder until you surpass the other bidder. It is the same as eBay bidding.

Buy Now: Some items have a “buy now” option. At any time anyone can purchase the item via “buy now” this will remove it from the auction and close that item.

Delivery Rates & Information:

• As a courtesy. We will be offering local delivery. PLEASE CALL/TEXT TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS!
• Delivery Fees for Fresno/Clovis (20 mile radius)
  • SMALL ITEMS: $10 for the 1st item. $2 for each additional lot.
  • FURNITURE: $20 for the 1st item. $5 for each additional furniture lot

Out of Town Deliveries: 21 to 45 Miles (4757 N. Blackstone Fresno)

• SMALL ITEMS: $20 for the 1st item. $2 for each additional lot.
• FURNITURE: $40 for the 1st item. $5 for each additional furniture lot

Driveway or garage drop off only. Installations are extra.*

Buyers Premium is 15% (added to all winning bids plus sales tax)

All purchases subject to sales tax 7.975% All Sales are final. No returns, No refunds allowed. Please inspect review all photos and info prior to bidding/purchasing.

RE-SELLERS. Sales tax is refunded back to your credit card upon pick up of your items.
