Online bidding only starts Saturday, August 8, 2020 and ends on Friday,September 4, 2020 at 1 pm Central. By registering, all bidders acknowledge having read and agree to be bound by the Auction Terms and Conditions.
The successful bidder(s) will be emailed within 4 hours of the close of the auction (closes: Friday, September 4, 2020 at 1 pm Central) to arrange payment and shipment/pick up of merchandise. There is a 5% charge for use of credit cards. Checks are to be made payable to Semer Fi Auction Services. This Log Cabin has been sold, and now they are seling all the beautiful furnishes from inside the cabin. All items are located in La Cygne, KS. Winning bidders will pick up the items from one of two locations in La Cygne, Kansas - details to be sent to winnig bidders. Anyone wanting to preview any items can contact Rick James at 913-594-2980 to make arrangements.
This auction closes at 1 pm Central on Friday, September 4, 2020. Note that items close one at a time and it will take approximately 30 minutes for the entire auction to close. If a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes, the bidding time will extend.
Auctioners Note: 15% Buyers Premium on all items. Cash and Check accepted (checks payable to Semper Fi Auction Services) . Credit Card payments include an additional 5% procesing fee.
